Whether you are cuddling during sunset listening to the vinyl collection or capturing captivating photos, at the end of it all you can collapse in the king sized bed and drift to sleep. A top floor apartment in a four unit building that we own will be all yours during your stay. South facing windows allow beautiful light in all day long. Close to Wrigley Field and the L train brown line Paulina stop. You will have the entire two bedroom, one bath apartment. Front bedroom features a king sized bed, workspace with a desk and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is smaller with a full sized bed and a closet. Roscoe Village is a safe community with plenty of walkable boutique shopping and dining. The L train is a quick walk, and the Addison Street bus takes you straight to Wrigley Field. Great restaurants are our neighbors and there's also a Starbucks across the street. Walk, take the train or bus or use a Divvy bike that is a half a block away from the building. Parking is easy (for Chicago) around the unit. The building is on Roscoe Street, which is metered but the side streets are not. The side streets do not require a parking permit around our building but of course check any signs around where you park. Usually, spots are found quite easily within one or two blocks. WIFI- We have basic wifi in the unit which has been more than adequate for our guests over the years. If you need a dedicated, high level service for work this may not be the best space for your needs. We look forward to hosting you in our quintessential Chicago neighborhood!
