The space Our modern 1620 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home is the perfect getaway for your group. We pride ourselves on making this home a place you’ll want to come back to when visiting Reno. As soon as you enter you’ll see a stunning dining room with large wooden table and 6 leather chairs - perfect for family dinners or hosting friends. As you round the corner, you see an open kitchen with a large island and 4 barstools. The kitchen has modern countertops and stainless steel appliances. The vibrant living room has modern decor / furniture and a large 50” smart TV (Free Apple TV & Netflix). Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable plush beds / bedding and plenty of closet space. Reno was just voted the #2 Best Ski Town; and Truckee, was voted #8 in USA Today. The Damonte Ranch Community is located at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, conveniently located minutes from major attractions. Here you will find plenty of trails, hikes, golf courses, parks, fitness centers, many dining options and shopping centers. Downtown Reno, major casinos and the airport are all ~15 minutes away. Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe is ~25 minutes away, and Lake Tahoe is a ~35 minute drive. This is a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. You will definitely need a car to get around the area. The house has a 2 car garage and driveway parking (4 total cars). Please NO street parking.
