The spacious living room and bedrooms have large windows, new furnishings, hard wood floors, and ceiling fans.. The kitchen was completely renovated and all appliances are in excellent condition. Large, screened in lanai for dining. Washer, dryer and utilities are included. Come enjoy a peaceful stay, just 20 minutes south of Hilo, Hawaii. Safe, quiet, peaceful home in Hawaiian Paradise Park, just 20 minutes south of Hilo. It's necessary to have a car on the Big Island. I do have car rentals, so feel free to inquire! :) Parking for 2 cars at the house.
