Comfy private room and private bath. ****This is a shared house rental with other guests**** The room is located on the 2nd floor of a two story house so you will have to go up a flight of stairs. Wi-fi is available (No hard wired connection). No pets allowed. No kitchen access.
Free spirited and adventurous. I enjoy hosting, mothering, sewing, and useful gadgets.
Safe, mature neighborhood. 17 minutes away from Charlotte Douglas International airport, which means that you will hear airplanes traveling. 5 minutes away from Carowinds Amusement Park. Lots of shopping places in the area. Please do NOT book the ensuite for someone else. The person who books should be the one checking in. One additional guest is allowed and host should be aware PRIOR to check in. House Rules: No smoking, vaping, incense burning. No Kitchen access No Pets Please observe quiet hours and lower the TV volume. Turn off lights and electronics when leaving for the day. No long term stays. No Washer & Dryer. Laundrymat is nearby. Do not bring unauthorized guest in home that isn't included in booking. This is for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
