The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is a 5 minute drive to downtown Klamath Falls, or 15 minute walk. There is not much to do within walking distance, except visit the local mini-mart, but plenty within driving. The homes on the street are eclectic with some neighbors taking great care of their yards, and others not so much. The neighbor to the left of the home generally has an unkept yard including high grass, weeds and miscellaneous children's toys. The new bike lane is down the street. 10- 15 minute walk downtown( Farmers market, night life, shopping and restaurants.) 5 minute drive to plenty of hiking trails at Moore Park. 46 minute drive to Crater Lake National Park (Please note, shuttle transportation is limited and seasonal) 51 minute drive to Lava Bed National Monument 5 minute drive/25 minute walk to the AMTRACK station
