Feel right at home in this stylish 2nd-floor, cozy, newly renovated, fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment. Provides a most comfortable relaxing sleep in one king and one queen bed. This home is a duplex with a balcony entrance right off the master bedroom. The second bedroom is cozy yet spacious with a small space for remote working. The remodeled bathroom holds a shower/tub combo for versatility and is stocked with many personal hygiene products needed. The living room, and dining area a fabulous space for having a great meal together and enjoying a movie. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed just like home. The home is conveniently located 7-minute drive from downtown events and sports arenas. Near Universities, Botanical Gardens, The Grove, Forest Park, ST. Louis Zoo, many restaurants and many more attractions, and three major hospitals.
Welcome to my Modern Duplex! I'm Toni, your host and a proud native of St. Louis. I take great pride in my hometown and all its beautiful, diverse offerings.
