No car? No problem! Ride-shares like Uber are readily available. Step inside our beautifully restored "Grand Old Home" in Mount Pocono. Lovingly furnished with period antiques, the property exudes charm. Please note, our inn is not fully accessible, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. There are two short sets of stairs to reach the front door, but you can walk across the lawn to avoid one of them. Once inside, all guest areas are on the first floor for your convenience. Relax and unwind in our cozy living and dining rooms, or explore our grounds, three outdoor patios, and BBQ area. Enjoy a fire ring perfect for evening gatherings. Welcome to Maurrocks Poconos Bed & Breakfast Inn! Owned and operated by Maureen and Tom, we love hosting guests in our cozy home, which often serves as the gathering spot for family and neighborhood events. We both enjoy cooking and are skilled in preparing meals for large groups. With Tom’s background in the hospitality industry—he managed his family’s Pocono resort and owned a restaurant—you’re in great hands! We can’t wait to help make your Poconos visit truly special. Whether you’re here to chat or simply relax, we’re happy to interact with guests who enjoy conversation. If you prefer privacy, that’s completely respected. Tom works from home in his office on the first floor, so he’s usually around if you need anything. We’re avid hikers and love the great outdoors! Just an hour away from us are some of the best hiking trails in the Northeast. We’re more than happy to share recommendations for hiking and other exciting Poconos activities. Our large yard, two decks, and woodsy patio offer peaceful spaces to relax. With beautiful flowers, fruit trees, and our organic garden, you’ll find plenty of tranquil spots to unwind. MUST LOVE DOGS! Bella, Jax, and Lizzy, our friendly shelter dogs, can’t wait to meet you! They love meeting new people and, while they usually hang out upstairs, they occasionally pass through the guest common areas on their way to chase squirrels in the yard. A quick reminder: We can accommodate up to two adults (ages 27 and older) per room. Children under 18 and pets are not permitted. We look forward to making your stay memorable!
