To register your vehicle: You will be sent an email from the HOA with a registration link. Please provide your car information (i.e make, model, plates, and color) as well as how many occupants there will be. There is a fee of forty dollars plus tax per parking pass. Parking for Majestic Beach Towers is on Front Beach Rd. across from the resort and there is an entrance to the covered parking garage on the East end. Guests must park in the parking garage and use the elevators located in the garage to access the 3rd floor crossover walkway, or the elevators under the towers right by Front Beach Rd. Do not Park on the 3rd level parking deck at Majestic Beach Towers because spaces 313 through 436 are reserved for owners only and your vehicle will be towed. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1- and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1- and 2-bedroom units.
