Enjoy a slice of luxury while you lodge in this spacious, newly-renovated 5-bedroom home that features garage access, central air conditioning, easy downtown access, and a private backyard with a covered deck, picturesque lighting, and manicured turf which is perfect for entertaining. The design and architectural choices in this beautiful home make it stand out: vaulted ceilings in the living room, perfectly manicured turf criss-crossed overhead with fairy lights and punctuated with a covered deck in the backyard, and a beautiful kitchen with a generous island make this house bright, inviting, and spacious — perfect for spending time with friends and family. One of the standout traits of this property is the privacy and convenience of garage access! Keep up to two of your vehicles dry and warm in the garage and park the rest in the driveway. On the ground floor, an open floor plan flows fluidly between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. A pair of beautiful sliding glass doors let in a flood of natural light and lead to a perfectly private backyard — fenced in and twinkling with the perfect layout for playing the provided lawn games on a sunny afternoon.

Walk to Coffeeholic House or Empire Roasters & Records for coffee, Marination Columbia City for Brunch, Tutta Bella for lunch, Island Soul Rum Bar & Soul Shack or La Medusa for dinner, and Molly Moon's Ice Cream for dessert. After dessert head to Columbia City Urban Beer Garden or Hill City Taphouse for beers, Twilight Rainier for cocktails, and The Royal Room Seattle for live music. All within walking distance! Seward Park is a gorgeous park a mile east. It's right on Lake Washington and has beaches and a walking path around it. See if you can spot any of the resident Bald Eagles!
