Informazioni sulla struttura

The Coastal unit of the LoZa House is a 2 story unit with a bedroom and one living room on the ground floor, and a living room/dining area, kitchen and bathroom on the upper story. The 16’ patio door leading onto the 16’ wide balcony affords spectacular views of Lake Champlain. With the door open and the bug screen closed the upper living room feels like an outdoor screened in porch. Whether you are sitting on the balcony, outside on the shore or inside with the windows open you can enjoy the sound of the water lapping on the rocky shore. Peace and tranquility of the country but only 12 minutes from downtown Plattsburgh, shopping/restaurant strip and very long Plattsburgh City public beach. The 270 degree rocky waterfront/beach, a Solo Stove and firepit for you to roast marshmallows or hotdogs. In addition, the Plattsbugh public beach, one of the biggest fresh water beaches in the country, is only a 10 min drive from the house. • Plenty of local restaurants for dine-in and take-out and delivery. • 1 hour from Montreal [need a passport], 1 hour from Lake Placid, 1 hour from Burlington/Vermont • Home is minutes from Plattsburgh International Airport Note: 2 additional units on site

The house is located at the end of a dead-end branch of dead-end road. As such the traffic is minimal to none. The neighbors are friendly and likely to wave as you pass. A little farther down the road, by car, you will find a grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy, and banks. All you need for last minute items. All you need within a 5 min distance.
