As property manager to the Wonderful Home Owner, I enjoy bringing smiles to the Guests' faces when they discover how close they are to tourist attractions (about 2 miles north of the attractions) and when they discover the reasonably priced apt. home located nearby loads of useful stores.

Large two (2) bedroom apartment home on the lower level. Full bath, dishwasher, microwave, full kitchen. Sofa beds in Living Room for extra sleeping arrangements. Spacious Home. Within walking distance of Metro, Supermarket, Sidewalk cafes and Restaurants.

This 2 bedroom lower level apartment home is at the Columbia Heights METRO. This very clean apt. has one full bath and all the necessities for urban living. This is a 2,000 sq ft home. It is large, comfortable and is suited to sleep a small family or a few guests. This home boasts of an island kitchen with a granite top that sits 6 persons comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Beyond the kitchen, through the door and up a few short steps is an exit to the yard. This is ideal for a small family pet. Also great for children to play, parents to grill outdoors, or a place to enjoy the foliage. This home is located in the northwest quadrant of the city in the revitalized Columbia Heights. This neighborhood is ideal for travel via public transportation because the Metro is less than a 2 minute walk (2 city blocks) away from the home. There are local shuttle services that may be boarded one block away and these shuttles go to many tourist sites. There are buses one block away and many taxi cabs as well as airport shuttles are often spotted in the neighborhood. At the supermarket, a very short walk from the home are bicycle rentals.
