And it’s not just the restaurants, despite the well-deserved acclaim that dozens of local restaurants have earned. And it’s not just the local farms, produce stands, distilleries, or breweries. And it’s not just parks, trails, or the Evergreen Air and Space Museum. And it’s not just the close proximity to Portland or the Oregon Coast. It’s all of these, and more. It’s Oregon’s Dundee Hills, in the heart of the Willamette Valley, home to some of the best wineries in the world. There are more vineyards here, mostly boutique vineyards, than any place in the Pacific Northwest. You can wine, dine, and play here like no place else. And you can stay in some of the most comfortable and authentic inns in the country.  La Bastide offers 8 comfortable guestrooms, each with a king- or queen-sized bed and private bathroom, and many with a fireplace. A memorable breakfast is included each morning of your visit. Your hosts, Mark and Elizabeth, are glad to help you plan your visit, whether it’s reservations for any of the hundreds of local wineries, or a day-trip to the Oregon coast.
