Your accomodations share the property with a beautiful tropical farm on Royal Hawaiian Leasehold lands. It contains a historic Japanese farmstead, and mill house. The farm produces high quality shade grown coffee and delicious macadamia nuts, as well as a variety of tropical fruits. Your lovely guest suite has its own separate private entrance and amenities including a full bath, kitchen with Koa cabinets and features a beautiful bedroom/library made from repurposed redwood from vintage catchment tanks . It also has an ocean-side lanai with an open air shower and fantastic ocean and sunset views. This home is accessed with its own driveway and parking area via a separate entrance from the highway. One covered parking space is provided for our guests.

The small town of Kealakekua is very close to Captain Cook and very similar in culture but directly overlooks Kealakekua Bay. The town is built around the enjoyment of the outdoors, which makes it the perfect destination if you want to do some sightseeing and fun activities. Expect moderate tropical weather with temperatures around 85 degrees Fahrenheit and typical tropical rainfall. Enjoy the beautiful coastal weather and try everything from snorkeling to sailing to fishing. You’ll always be surrounded by stunning views of the ocean and lush rainforest. Of course, being a beach town, Captain Cook offers water sport gear rentals so that you can head to the beach ready for adventure.
