We quit our corporate jobs to own and operate Katy's Inn starting in May 2019. For us, this is a lifestyle choice. We enjoy cooking, fixing things, and helping people.

Katy's Inn is located in the heart of LaConner, WA, just two blocks from the waterfront and easy walking distance around town. The house was built in 1876 by Captain John Peck, and is an early Victorian Style, featuring 4 guest rooms and 4 private bathrooms, Guests staying on the second floor will enjoy the wrap around balcony and a variety of view of the waterfront, or hill side. Guests should note that the home has many of its original architectural details. The property also features a fire pit and covered outdoor seating area, perfect for a sunset conversations. Katy's Inn is home to many varieties of flowers and trees, with a covered lawn swing. Local wildlife, deer, raccoons, and blue heron find respite (and a meal) in the gardens! And in the fall the snow geese and trumpeter swans can be seen and heard flying overhead. This house is truly a place to take a step back in time, take a breath, and relax.

La Conner is a small town of about 850 people located on the Swinomish Channel in the heart of the magic Skagit (County). The town hosts several destination restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, wine tasting, unique shops, antique and thrift stores. The boardwalk along the Swinomish channel is a new addition and a wonderful place for a leisurely stroll. La Conner is about 6 blocks wide...water at First Street and farmland at Maple Street. Friendly neighbors and a community that welcomes our visitors.
