We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise. We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. Kahana Reef 321 does not have A/C, is a 1-bedroom condo on the 3rd floor with oceanfront views! Kahana Reef offers an elevator for your convenience. This beautifully decorated and updated condo has rattan furnishings, Hawaii décor and prints.  The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, lighting and updated appliances, Enjoy dining inside or outdoors on your private lanai.  The living room features plenty of seating, a desk area, cable TV, and a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves! In the master bedroom, enjoy a comfortable King size bed and wall mounted TV with cable.  The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and offers a large walk in shower, custom counter top and cabinets. Stay cool with tropical ocean front breezes and ceiling fans throughout; there is no AC in this unit. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.   Enjoy glorious sunsets, spot turtles swimming and watch whales breach from your private lanai while enjoying a Mai Tai or a meal from your private, ocean front lanai. Resort also offers onsite, coin-operated laundry facilities.   Please note there are no resort or parking fees.
