    Hi, no this is a private unit! I live in the unit downstairs and the upstairs unit is a private 2-bedroom apartment for up to 5 people (Booking.com won't let me edit name when I have future reservations)

  • How far is it driving to DePaul University? How difficult is it to find street parking in the late evenings? We are worried we won't find parking at 10pm at night when everyone has filled up all the spots. If no parking is available. is there paid parking nearby. If so how much?

    Driving to DePaul is usually twenty minutes. Street parking can be a little difficult late in the evening, but usually within a block or two (more when street sweeping on sixth & ninth of month). Irving Park Rd is two dollar 50 cent an hour

  • Apologies, I see the listing says one bedroom but the photos seem to show 2 bedrooms. would there be 2 separate bedrooms when renting this unit?

Experience a true Chicago neighborhood in a classic vintage (but updated) two-flat apartment just 10 minutes from Wrigley Field, 4 minutes from I-90/94 and a 15-minute walk or short bus ride to the blue line. Central air/heat and free street parking. I'm a former Super Host and capital P Perfectionist, but decided to list the space before it's perfect to help cover the cost of future renovations. As long as you don't mind not having a brand-new bath/kitchen and fresh paint, you'll love it!
I started hosting on Airbnb in 2015, when I lived in an apartment near Wrigley Field. After living in Logan Square for a while, I decided to purchase a classic two-flat in the Irving Park neighborhood and rent out the top unit (I live in the bottom unit with my family and two dogs). I'm a writer at an advertising agency and also enjoy renovating/decorating, vintage reselling and other entrepreneurial pursuits. One of us is typically in town and at home during your stay, and always available by Airbnb message or text
Named after author Washington Irving, Irving Park is a safe, diverse and family-friendly neighborhood in Northwest Chicago. Just 7 miles from downtown, 3 miles west of Wrigley Field, close to the brown and blue lines and right off the expressway. This historic, residential neighborhood is filled turn-of-the-century homes and close to happening neighborhoods like Logan Square, Avondale and Bucktown. Free, non-permit street parking; Bus stops and Divvy (bike) stations are very close; About a 15-minute walk to the Irving Park or Addison blue line train stations
