Enjoy your stay at this centrally located - upper unit- in a two-family home in Little Italy. Apartment is complete with a well-equipped kitchen. The living room includes comfortable seating for 6, a 58" Smart TV, 3 poufs & coffee table - so that ALL may rest their feet from a long day, modern furnishings and a washer/dryer/linen closet. Each bedroom includes USB plugs in the lamps, alarm clocks with sound machines, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, 48" Smart TVs, "ultra-quiet" ACs, desk, chair & mirror. SPECIAL NOTE: The apartment is located on the second floor – Marked “B” on the door - Unit B / Up (entrance is on the side of the house off of the driveway – approximately 15 steps up). The area holds many historical homes - our home is over 120 years old. It retains much of it's charm. You will notice the distinct framework and style when you arrive. However, along with such charm, some of the flooring is uneven. The stairs, combined with some uneven flooring may make it a challenge for some people with impaired walking abilities. Cameras are installed on the outside of the house only. Cameras are on each of the doors – one on the front door, one on the side door and one that covers both the back door and basement door. Cameras are in place for security. Note that we can see if more than the disclosed amount of people arrive for your stay. Unfortunately, any guests that have more than the house capacity (6 people), will result in a terminated contract and must vacate immediately. The home is in a family neighborhood and large parties are not allowed. We ask that you keep noise to an acceptable level for a family neighborhood.

My husband and I were both born and raised in the Cleveland Area. My husband has been a realtor for about 25 years. I am a paralegal, RN and realtor. We recently purchased this home for an Airbnb and love it (most of the time). Unfortunately, the following rules are a result of some previous guest experiences. We take pride in our home so that we can offer you a wonderful, clean, peaceful & fun experience. I love the guests that share their stories of triumph at The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals or even their favorite sporting event. I also love to hear the fun that people have at their children's college events OR just visiting our amazing city & Little Italy. HOUSE RULES • NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS. • No parties or events allowed. • No tobacco smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or medicinal marijuana use allowed indoors. Feel free to smoke in the backyard or in the driveway (with the door shut), but please dispose of cigarette/cigar butts properly (not on the ground). Note that the guest will pay for fumigating the home, if this rule is not followed. There will be additional fees for any damage to irreparable smoke damaged property. We take pride in our home, so that all of our guests can have a wonderful experience. Please respect this rule. • No pets allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed (limit 6). • Please respect the “quite hours.” • Please do not have the AC units and the furnace on at the same time. DO NOT have them working against each other. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take care of the furnishings. You will have to pay for damages. • Please do not rearrange the furniture. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Please close windows, turn off lights and watch that the front door is locked on the way out.
