Hyatt Vacation Club at Sunset Harbor will be undergoing an enhancement project from July 22 through Dec. 6, 2024. During this time anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

The resort will replace each roof onsite between Apr. 14, 2025 and Sept. 14, 2025. During this project, we anticipate elevated noise levels near the work zone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, please call the resort between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. at +1 305-292-2001, option 5.
