The apartment is a 4 bed 2 bath where I live in one bedroom and rent out the other 3. There is a rooftop with a spectacular view of the East River and Manhattan as well as a large private backyard where I have a garden and a giant fruiting mulberry you're welcome to eat from. In the apartment enjoy a fully equipped large kitchen with spices, oils and an espresso machine if you'd like. The living room has a 50 inch smart TV will all the streaming platforms. The space is curated with plant life and art from stories in my life.

This part of Greenpoint, Brooklyn is quiet at night which is quite a precious aspect of NYC. All the while it is a few blocks from lots of great restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and cocktail bars.
