This can be used to get to many of the areas in downtown Sacramento as well as neighboring suburbs. There is a stop on 23rd st & R. Otherwise a short “Uber” or “Lyft” ride will get you anywhere you want to go downtown in a matter of minutes for a few bucks. You can download the app's for these services for your iPhone or android.
