Summary: This 5 star home is the perfect option for your stay in one of the most beautiful locations in Utah! With only 20 minute drive through Red Canyon to entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park and 50 minutes to Zions National Park you are surrounded by endless outdoor activities (hiking, biking, fishing, wildlife photographing, ATV and horseback riding) and incredibly unique scenery. The owner can recommend activities to ensure vacation of a lifetime! The beauty and comfort of the home match the surrounding peace and scenery of its hilltop location. Spacious 1500 sq. foot home with wonderful gathering places inside and outside. On cool nights gather near the fireplace in the large family room or at the firepit on the deck. Enjoy morning coffee from the patio or on a quiet summer evening have a glass of wine on the patio and watch the sun set. Barbecue your dinner on the Blackstone gas flattop. After a full day outside have fun playing ping pong, fooseball, and more in the game room/bonus room. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, large bar glass collection, interesting interior colors, lighting, and designs.

The peace of the location (5 acres of open sage, pinion, juniper, and often deer and other wildlife), and the views of the valley and mountain ranges - including the red cliffs of Red Canyon - make a stay at this home a unique and wonderful experience. You are just a mile into the town of Panguitch - nice small town grocery store, some interesting shopping, and dining options.
