    Good morning, The Schoolhouse is one level with a walk in shower. Cottage is one level (front steps) with shower/tub combo, the Manor House is two level with front stairs, and 3 bath tubs / showers; video tours available at ArtisanProperties . Org.

  • In the one-room villa, is there heat or is the heat solely the fireplace? Also, is the refrigerator in the one-room villa.

    Hi there. There’s a wood-burning stove and a conventional electric heating system. So you do not need to use the fireplace to keep warm. You can use the traditional electric heating system :-)

    There are two cottages and one large manor house on the Estate.
