THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This home is not equipped with air conditioning. This home cannot be used for parties of any kind. The maximum allowable occupancy will be patrolled 24 hours a day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise will result in a fine of up to 1,000 USD, as well as an additional 1,000 USD fine against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the no-party policy may result in eviction. Hot tub use is not allowed after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for noisy groups.
