Beach options include: Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach & Clearwater Beach. With multiple access points to Gulf Blvd (the main road that runs along all the beaches) there are tons of shops, restaurants and entertainment just minutes away in any given direction. NOTE: only 2 cars per stay, and if you can please park them in the driveway that would be great. **We recommend no more than 8 adults to experience comfortability** **Dining room seats 8 ppl but we do have a table/desk hybrid located by the kitchen that seats an additional 4ppl** Gathering areas included: 1 living room with an arcade system, foosball and 65 inch TV plus dining room! We provide guests with a beach wagon two beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and a beach umbrella. Exterior: Kids have a great space to play and run around in our beautiful fully fenced backyard, so you don't have to worry about their safety while you enjoy hanging out with the rest of the group! Our beautiful property also has a secured and spacious driveway so you don't have to worry about where to park your cars! This property is also equipped with external ring cameras for your safety. We have a baby high chair, and portable crib and play pen for infants!!

If you want to raise the temp you must get approval. - Please keep in mind, that if the temperature is below 70 degrees outside. This could have an affect on the functionality of the pool heater. This could result in lower water temperature.
