Whether you're just taking in the panoramic views of this Gulf Front condo, enjoying the sunrise and sunset, want the best seats for the Blue Angel's air show or 4th of July fireworks, the Gulf Front views are AMAZING. We have a deeded covered parking space in the garage which is awesome to protect against the Florida heat and rain. Short walk to Peg Leg Petes, and short drive to Fort Pickens and the main beach area with shops, entertainment and restaurants/bars. Unit sleeps up to 8. The condo has a king bed in one bedroom, and a king bed and twin daybed with trundle in the other bedroom, and brand-new gel mattress queen sleeper couch - offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to eight people. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom that can be closed off to the main living area for privacy. Upstairs, there is a king bed and a twin bed with trundle in the upstairs loft, perfect place for the kids to hang out while the adults are downstairs in the living room or on the balcony. Full kitchen with new Kitchen Aid appliances with dining area that seats eight makes meal time easy. Open living spaces with amazing views and large lanai with all new living room and patio furniture makes it an enjoyable place for relaxing with friends & family. The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo does have a washer/dryer. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories. Unit comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys for the kiddos. As of 2-16-23 the unit has been completely renovated with new paint, cabinets have new hardware and have been painted, and brand-new countertops have been installed.

My wife and live on Pensacola Beach and are close by to attend to anything that may rise on your stay. We enjoy the beach, boating, dining, and taking out two golden doodles for walks on Pensacola Beach.

Short walk to Peg Leg Petes restaurant and marina; where the kiddos can look for crabs while the adults grab a drink and listen to live music. Fort Pickens fort is about a ten minute drive from the unit, but you do have to pay to get in. The main beach and boardwalk is a five minute drive from the unit.
