Hi. Thank you for asking. Cleaning is $90 for any length of stay. As for the nightly rate, that is dynamic and dependent on the night. I see that pet bowls are listed as an added amenity for this rental, but pets aren't allowed under House Rules. Can you confirm whether this rental allows pets?
Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis, but booking.com doesnt allow us to make that distinction. There is a $150 pet fee, dog should be under 20lbs (exceptions made) and must be crated when left alone so separation anxiety doesnt cause scratchingAnswered on 19 March 2023
