Private separate Guest House with private bathroom/shower. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with lots of dog-walkers and baby strollers. Just two miles (3.5km) to Universal Studios. Private driveway with private parking spot. Free High-Speed WiFi with large screen TV. Private yard with outside sitting area for smoking. Free amenities, including toiletries (soap, shampoo, condition, hair dryer, etc). Large queen-sized bed and sofa bed. Refrigerator and microwave oven and Keurig coffee maker (with K-Cups) also included. Water bubbler with instant hot/cold water. Dishes/Cups/Plates are provided. Ironing board and iron in room.
We love travelling! So we want every Guest to have a wonderful time/stay while they explore Los Angeles.
The neighborhood is very scenic and quiet. Pet-friendly area with many local restaurants allowing pets in outside patio areas. Lots of dog-walkers and baby strollers in the neighborhood. Very clean and quiet. Close to many shops and restaurants and grocery stores.
