The Greenwood Getaway is a modern space that has great views, a multitude of amenities, and proximity to Greenwood Ave. This unit is designed for function and comfort. Greenwood Getaway is half a block from Greenwood Ave which provides great coffee, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. The space is equipped with a full kitchen which includes a full sized range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Also included is a washer/dryer for those long trips.

We love to travel and to see new, beautiful places! We are passionate about local spots, good food and fun places to hang out. We like to take our pup, Atlas, everywhere we can. We will be available during your stay, either in person or via text. We live in the main house on the property. We love to provide suggestions for food or activities in the neighborhood. However, we are pretty hands off, as our unit should speak for itself and provide all amenities a guest should need. But feel free to reach out if there are any needs or questions!

Phinney Ridge/Greenwood has everything that makes for a great stay. We are within walking distance to a multitude of amenities such as food, drinks, and activities. There are great restaurants with a wide variety of food from Thai to pizza to burgers and Mexican. As well as bars and breweries for those who like to grab a drink. The neighborhood also offers many grocery stores to choose from. We are also within walking distance to the Woodland Park Zoo and Greenlake. The 5 bus line has stops at at 77th and Greenwood, for travelers heading north, and at 80th and Greenwood, for travelers heading south (towards Downtown). The Greenwood Getaway is within walking distance to food, drinks, grocery stores, Woodland Park Zoo, and Greenlake. Street parking is free and available on our block for guests who have a car.
