Newly Renovated top level 3 BD 1 BA private home with spacious entertainment room and kitchen perfect for a group of 6 visiting SF. Located just minutes away from GGP, Ocean Beach, and Lands End, this is the ideal place for nature lovers who enjoy being outdoors. The Sunset district is one of the safest residential areas in San Francisco and nearby you will find various local attractions, restaurants, public transportation & free street parking too! -3 Queen sized memory foam beds -Extra comforter provided in each room -Spacious living room, Kitchen, and dining area -Full bathroom with standing shower -Free High speed WiFi for streaming and work -60” Flat screen TV with hulu, Netflix, and Roku (sign in with your personal account) -Private Entrance with self-check-in keypad -Fully furnished kitchen -Large stainless steel refrigerator -There is no private access to a thermostat in the room. The house has central heating so the temperature is automatically set to 68 degrees to ensure all guests are comfortable and happy.
