__ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, complete background screening, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees of 3% of the total transaction cost. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in each room plus flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: In-unit laundry, sunroom, smart TV with Roku, Nest thermostat, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker. __ PARKING: Free street parking is occasionally available within 1-2 blocks. Permitted street parking is often available within 1 block. Daily parking permits are provided and long-term permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year and mailed to the building in 1-2 weeks. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
