Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 75 USD charge per item for unreturned key/access device * We reserve the right to end stays without refund if House Rules are violated. __ NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: Refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees of 3% of the total transaction cost. __ SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size Murphy bed that doubles as a work/dining table. The living room sofa may serve as an additional sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: 24-hour fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when Murphy bed is not in use), private balcony, and in-unit laundry. __ PARKING: Free daytime parking throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or ranging from 20 USD for 4+ nights. More details will be messaged to you. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
