No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: This two bedroom apartment spans the entire top floor of this walkup building and features direct access, kitchen island with bar stool seating, dining table, in-unit laundry, one garage parking space, and a private outdoor patio. __ AMENITIES: In-unit laundry, dining table, private balcony, garage parking, smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker __ PARKING: One garage space is provided. Street parking is also available but requires registering with the city for a permit which costs ~120 USD/year. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
