Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 75 USD fee per item for unreturned keys or fob. __ NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees in the amount of 3% of the total transaction cost. __ SUMMARY: Private two bedroom apartment located in the historic Pabst bottling department. Both bedrooms have full size beds which is a size smaller than queen. HVAC settings can't be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels throughout the year. Room fans and space heaters are also provided. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desks, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, food court, paid community laundry room, and game/lounge areas. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away.
