HOUSE RULES -Close all doors and windows when leaving the house. CHECK OUT PROCESS: -Please wash dishes and put them away -Place dirty towels in hamper -Throw trash away in designated trash cans outside home -Please place fire pit/grill ashes in aluminum container by the fire pit not in trash containers. HOUSEKEEPING: We do not send a cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only prior to your arrival and after your departure. We do provide a starter set of disposable and personal hygiene products, but be prepared to need additional supplies based upon your guest count and length of stay. Before booking, please note we cannot accommodate early check in or late check out due to cleaning protocols. ENTERTAINMENT: Please bring your streaming subscription login/ passwords for use on Smart TVs (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount, etc). Streaming is available on all other TVs. Don’t forget to log off at checkout. WEATHER: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. SMOKY MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE: If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Be sure to put all garbage into the trash cage located outside the cabin, securing the locks. If you leave garbage outside, it will attract little critters.

Huge outdoor areas to cook on the charcoal grill, relax on the deck or play games. We have a game room, corn hole and board games. Also perfect for a quiet romantic getaway. New Grocery store-DG Market just 1.5 miles . Cades Cove is a must! About an hour away. You can drive through or hike to Abraham's Falls. Mountain roads slow down the driving but still close to all the attractions. Dollywood is 20 minutes. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are 25 minutes away. NO SCARY ROADS.
