Just around the corner is Don & Sandy Billish Park, which includes a walking path, sand volleyball, basketball court, playground, and covered picnic areas - it's great for family fun! The main floor is set up to include an open-concept kitchen equipped with a Keurig ready for morning coffee, and a dining and living room with a 65-inch smart TV. Your private balcony overlooking the community pool provides you with a great seating area where you can lounge, rest, and plan your next adventures while keeping an eye on your kiddos in the pool. The laundry is conveniently set up on the second floor, right by the bedrooms.
