It is located just three blocks from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations, and just minutes from iconic landmarks such as the White House, Capitol Hill, and Georgetown University. On hot summer days, we invite you to enjoy the pool. Book your stay now and experience the best of Ballston! We do not provide wash cloth. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our community, we kindly request that you complete a screening process.
