Quiet Single Family Home. Endless shops and restaurants. Couples, solo, business travelers & UCLA parents. 1.5 blocks to Grocery, Sushi, French Bakery. This will be a memorable stay for you. Experience a joyful stay in this 2-bedroom 1-Bathroom house. The host does not reside at the property but reserves the right to visit the guesthouse in the corner of back yard commuting through the separate side entrance. Guests will be given full privacy within the premises of the advertised house. The host can make himself available upon need. As we strive to contribute to the peace and tranquility of this unique neighborhood, we ask all guests to be considerate of the well-being of the neighbors. As mentioned in the listing description, this listing is NOT suitable for ANY type of gatherings or events. We enforce strict rules on quiet hours and max. occupancy so that the peace and quiet is respected. Walking distance to major grocery stores, bars, restaurants, shops. Close to all the necessities and major tourist attractions. The garage door MUST be kept closed at ALL TIMES. Ignoring or forgetting to close the door upon use will result not only in complete forfeiture of the security deposit, the guest will be responsible for any vandalism that might occur to the neighbors vehicles.
