Rachelle and have a large and wonderful blended family with seven amazing children ranging from 7 to 30! The kids are very active and keep us very busy with all of their activities ranging from hockey / softball to aerobics gym / music! We are season ticket holders of both the Golden & Silver Knights and have become huge fans of the sports in Las Vegas. (if you're ever looking for tickets - hit us up!) We love to travel and have stayed at many Airbnb homes. We really enjoy going to the Santa Barbara wine country as well as Sonoma/Napa. We have family in the Pacific NW as well as the Ontario, Canada area, but neither miss the rain or the cold! When we found this house and its amazing space - it just reminded us of home and we are so blessed to be sharing it with you!

The home is located in a quieter historic part of Henderson that has large 1 acre lots! While it is not a party house, we do know that you'll have a wonderful time at our desert getaway! The property is less than a mile away from I-11 for easy access to anywhere in the valley. It's also a short walk away from Mission Park which has play equipment, ball fields, basketball courts, and a large splash pad. The property has extensive parking in front of the home with a large paved area / gravel area in front of the house (plenty of room for boats / RVs / horse trailers, etc.). The neighborhood is close to a school and thus traffic is slow and the neighborhood has a very safe feel - but please drive slowly in the neighborhood and respect that children do often play in the area.
