My family and I love the outdoors. My husband, two sons and myself live on the property. This property is our dream and couldn't be happier to be able to share it with others. Take it easy at this secluded, unique and tranquil getaway. This property is very close to town, less than 10 minutes. Sitting on 37 acres with creek access. There are horses on the property along with lots of wildlife. It has one queen size bed, tv, full kitchen, bathroom & a swimming pool. Also offering optional horse boarding. If you bring a pet, there is a pet fee. Also, please make sure that you're checked out by 11am. There may be additional charges if you're not.

The closest town to us is Niangua, taking a right out of the driveway. They have a gas station called Hannah’s. Taking a left out of the driveway is towards Marshfield. It’s about 5min. to Casey’s gas station. Going through Marshfield there’s a few fast-food choices along with some mom-and-pop locations to choose from. When getting to I44 overpass at exit 100, if you cross the bridge and turn left, you’ll see Walmart on your left. If turning right (E) at the I44 overpass, that’s heading toward Lebanon. If turning left (W) at the I44 overpass, Northview is about 6min. Strafford is the next town then there’s Springfield, this is where you can find just about anything to do. There’s a mall called Battlefield Mall in Springfield. After going through a few other towns, you’ll reach Branson. Branson would be the next town I’d recommend due to its attractions including Silver Dollar City. Marshfield has another I44 exit at 103. To get there, go left out of the driveway and then turn right at the stop sign. At the stop sign, go straight crossing CC. The city swimming pool will be on the right. When getting to the stop sign, turn left taking you to the overpass.
