Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This Sonder has a fresh air return system and is prone to noise. There is no cable. This Sonder is located right above a hotel. Use the entrance on LaSalle Street and continue to the last two elevators. Luggage storage is provided by the valet company. It is cash only and there is an ATM on the property. The rooftop pool is located on the 19th floor and is open 9 am to 9 pm. Please note, it is not heated and may close on short notice due to weather or maintenance. Hotel license 194910. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.
