This new construction "beachy farmhouse" cottage features an open floor plan, 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab island bar top, over 250 sqft of outdoor living space, a bedroom with queen on main floor, and loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase.

I have lived in Charleston for 15 years. I enjoy being on the water, snow skiing, live music, meeting new people, and exploring the outdoors. Traveling through South America and Southeast Asia I developed a curiosity for experiencing new cultures and people. I am happy to have my roots in Charleston, with it's beautiful beaches, eminence history, and vast inland waterways. I work in Real Estate and Construction, specializing in restoring historic structures. I'm happy to make recommendations for activities, tours, and restaurants.
