Tranquil bamboo lined Cottage provides relaxing setting in much desired COLLEGE PARK neighborhood. Former recording studio @ 2X the living space of most College Park listings. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. Guest's own separate residence, bath/laundry room, garden patio and parking. EZ access to I-4 with a straight shot to downtown ORL, Winter Park, area theme parks, central Fla activities. Universal 20 mins away Mins from Downtown, Advent Health and Orlando Health Systems, Lake Eola and Lake Ivanhoe restaurant, shopping districts, and nearby Amway Center and Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center. If you prefer to walk, nearby College Park eateries and boutiques are just a few blocks away.
