There are shared areas- The sunny living room downstairs provides comfortable seating, a versatile coffee table for work or drinks, and a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The dining room accommodates up to 4 people for shared moments. The kitchen features an island with two stools, creating additional spaces to relax with your coffee or tea or for any of your cooking needs. The garage includes a laundry area with both a washer and dryer for added convenience.
I have two passions- hospitality and decor. This is a perfect way for me to achieve both, by hosting you.
Situated in a serene neighborhood, this lovely home is just a 5-minute stroll from charming restaurants, cafes, bars, banks, and shops, ensuring convenience.
