This property is located in the heart of Little Havana, an area that became very popular with Cuban immigrants many years ago. Originally built in 1950, we have completely remodeled it while preserving its historic features. The property is just a few blocks from the charming coffee shops and restaurants of Little Havana's famous Calle Ocho, and about six blocks from the Brickell Financial District and Downtown Miami. We preserved the original façade and oak hardwood floors while entirely renovating the interior and exterior. We installed new plumbing and electrical systems, hurricane impact windows and doors, and updated the bathrooms and kitchens. The property is also furnished with new furniture and TVs. The outdoor area has been redesigned with new grass, outdoor furniture, and a fence enclosing the entire building, providing both privacy and security. This 10-month project has been a great success.
