The luxurious air conditioned suite is anchored by a bedroom/sitting room (bed has a queen Euro pillow top mattress), opening through French doors to a relaxing patio, complete with fire pit. The unit has a kitchenette with all the amenities: bar sink, undercounter fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, induction plate with cooking pots, toaster, dishware, silverware and a bottle of wine for your enjoyment upon arrival. The spa like bathroom has a beautiful marble tile shower with built-in bench, rain shower head and clear glass barn style doors . Soap/shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer are provided. A bottle of wine awaits you upon your arrival to Casa Tranquility. We provide some snacks and beer/sparkling water/soda in our fridge for your enjoyment. The room is completely air conditioned and heated depending on the season, has guest wifi throughout the suite, with plenty of USB ports and an Echo Dot for music/news/etc

We (Michael and David) have been together for 24 years and love living in San Diego, "America's Finest City". Michael came to San Diego via the Navy, a large part of the San Diego community, while David moved to the San Diego area to become principal of an elementary school. David is now retired while Michael continues to work in the retail industry (for the past 30 years). Our home (Cartref bach clyd--"cozy little home" in Welsh, as David is half Welsh) is located in a very desirable neighborhood, known as El Cerrito (Little Hill) about 7 miles from downtown and near most major freeways in San Diego (I-8, I-15, I-805 and I-94). Our home sits at the top of a small canyon and the backyard is nestled into the canyon, so there are occasionally wildlife visitors to our home. The calm energy and peaceful locale makes our home a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, allowing our visitors to sit and relax in "our hidden oasis."
