This property is situated in Burlington's New North End, directly across from Ethan Allen Park and conveniently close to North Beach, Leddy Beach, and the Burlington Bike Path. At the forefront of the property stands a quaint 1930s bungalow-style home, facing the park. Nestled behind it are three newly constructed cottages. Positioned in a semicircle formation, the cottages encircle a common area shaded by the sprawling branches of an ancient oak tree. This natural canopy provides a refreshing retreat on hot sunny days while still allowing gentle, filtered light to permeate the space. Each cottage boasts its own outdoor area, including outdoor dining spaces.
I grew up in Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, attended Skidmore College, traveled, lived in New York City, eventually relocating back to Vermont. I've spent the past 12 years renovating and building and for the past 10 years offering vacation rental stays. What inspires me?: what can i create, what can i share
