Extremely Clean, comfortable and safe place to stay. Property was completely renovated with new fixtures and furniture. Host is at the property almost daily checking up on things and cleaning common areas. Close to public transportation.

Codman Hill Ave is one of the best and safest streets in Boston. Its seated on a hill near lower mills and Milton Line. Near Carney Hospital. Most resident own their own property so there is a great sense of pride in home ownership. Most resident will take an evening walk around the neighborhood
