Birdie's Nest is located in the heart of Au Sable fork's with the river across the road for access to fishing, picnic area and river park event's like holiday celebrations. We are also within walking distance of the local bar, Stewarts, antique shop, deli and grocery store.
We live close by and will be available to assist with as many aspects of your stay as you may need for the most part- we do own another business and on occasion may not be accessible but we will have a designated person to help fill our shoes if we are away. We will always let you know prior to your stay and make sure you have contact information.
The neighborhood is a great neighborhood! There are multiple locations to access by walking and numerous locations within driving distance to enjoy. The town has a river park across the Street diagonal to the property- that has hammocks and a covered pavilion- picnic tables and hosts many events throughout the year. There is a deli, antique and gas station within walking distance along with a park that has a play ground and basketball court.
