The Beautiful Room is located on the first floor has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It is a master bedroom with comfort and space. Includes a queen sized bed, freshly painted, nice hardwood floors, décor with Monet Pictures, and a nice back yard view. The American Room is located on the first floor has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has two twin beds with comfort and space. Decorated with American décor, nice hardwood floors, and and a nice back yard view. The Sunny Room is located on the first floor having a lot to offer for the dollar value. Originally a Sun Room converted into a private bedroom. It has large windows, a single bed, desk, chair, closet, etc. The Peaceful Room is located on the second floor has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has great privacy, from the windows you can see trees, bamboo, and nature. Includes a large walking closet and fresh turquoise color with nice hardwood floors. Bathroom is shared when we have guests. Half price for each additional guest. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. 1 free parking space included. Additional fee for laundry (Includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.). Smoking is allowed outside only. Full kitchen included except stove and oven. A key deposit is required for the main and room keys - optional. Early Luggage Dropoff is allowed at the Host and/or Co-Hosts’ discretion. Host lives on the property. I work with my sons (Co-Hosts), Christopher and Matthew, to provide the finest hospitality for all guests. We currently have three locations available with only a 1/2 an hour train ride to NYC.
