Stay cool with one portable AC unit and ceiling fans in each room. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes and glasses as well as pots and pans. Just a few steps away is a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer as well as a sink for pre-soaking clothes and substantial storage. Outside is a small garden area with teak table and chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a dinner hot from the barbecue.
